On the lower level, right by the salt-water pool, the summer kitchen is styled with azure statement furniture and seashells — everything feels like the seaside. Upstairs: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and two terraces — one overlooking the playground, the other, a huge one, overlooking the pool.
